We deliver worldwide. For UK mainland, we can deliver on a next day service if required from date of dispatch (Additional charges may apply for other countries). For added peace of mind, we offer a tracking service so that you can track your parcel from when it’s left us until when it reaches you.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Once we receive confirmation of payment from you bank, we will begin processing you order.  If you experience any problems processing an order, please contact us. All orders will be sent to the manufactures on the next business day after the payment is cleared. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email inclusive of a tracking number.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

When you receive your order is dependent on the shipping method you’ve selected. Please be aware that standard shipping times are estimated; however we endeavor to speed up the process for you. So much so that all our orders will be processed on a guaranteed 48-hour, Parcel Force signed for delivery* (*this may vary depending on location, please see Parcel Force website for more details). Shipping includes: Mon – Saturday. If order is dispatched on Saturday afternoon; you will receive order on Tuesday.  Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order.

CAN DELIVERIES BE MADE TO PO BOX NO.?

Sorry, we don’t deliver to PO BOX numbers.

HOW MUCH DOES STANDARD DELIVERY COST?

You will only be charged for shipping if its outside UK mainland. We appreciate your custom so much so that we want you to experience what we do every time we engage with our product; thus giving you the fastest delivery possible. Within UK mainland, we can guarantee delivery within 48 hours. Outside of UK mainland (Scotland, Northern Ireland, Europe, Etc.), delivery charges will change and delivery times may vary(Between 3-5 days).

Please note: Curve does not determine the taxes and/or customs that may apply. You will be responsible for paying the custom/ tax clearance fees outside of the EU. In most circumstances the cost is charged at the checkout. Customs policies differ dependent on location so for more information please visit your local customs office for more information.

HOW MUCH DOES EXPRESS DELIVERY COST?

Express delivery rates vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

MY TRACKING LINK DOESN’T WORK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Once your item has been dispatched, we will notify you with an email detailing your tracking number and info about your order.  If your tracking number doesn’t work straight away, try again later as the tracking website may have not updated yet. If error still persists then contact customer support.

I WANT TO MODIFY MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You can still alter your order right up until we dispatch by simply contacting our customer service department. Once item is dispatched, you can no longer amend changes to your order, however you can return it but at your own cost.

I WANT TO CANCEL AN ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible by contacting our Customer support team.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE/ RETURN A PRODUCT?

Feel free to return a product if you’re not happy. You can return a product within 30 days of receiving it. Please note: you will have to pay the subsequent shipping charge. Contacting us prior to doing this will be best as we can orchestrate you through the process accordingly. Once you have submitted your intent of return, a member of the Curve team will contact you (usually the same business day). After receiving the returned shipment, we will refund the corresponding amount of the order. We must reiterate, we will not refund the costs of returning the item to us.

Examples of qualifying manufacturing defects include problems with zipper malfunction, loose stitching or lining, or defective mechanism. Please note the warranty does not cover neglect, accidents or normal wear and tear.

Examples of what’s not covered under our manufacturer’s warranty:

  • Damage from solvents
  • Damage from animals
  • Discoloration
  • Improper use
  • Chemical exposure
  • Stole items
  • Lost items
  • Marks from normal use
  • Blotches

Please Note:-
We do offer an extended warranty for that extra piece of mind that goes beyond our initial 30 Days. You can purchase the following at any point before the 30-Day warranty expires:

  • 6 months – 20% of the product purchase value.
  • 12 months – 15% of the product purchase value.

DO CURVE PRODUCTS HAVE A WARRANTY?

Yes. Here at Curve, we offer a 30-day, hassle free warranty on all of our merchandise.  If there are any problems or defects, please get in contact with our customer service team and we’ll happily sort out your inquiry.We vow to repair most* (see examples of what’s not covered on the next page) defects at our own cost. If said item is eligible for our warranty policy and cannot be repaired, we will send a product replacement. If for any reason we don’t have the product available for you, we will issue you a credited gift card with the purchased price on or a refund.

WHAT IS THE MATERIAL OF CURVE'S ACCESSORIES AND BAGS?

All of Curve’s products are crafted out of cork fabric: a luxurious, sustainable resource, that is of the utmost quality. It is the perfect alternative to the polluted and unethical leather that floods much of our high street retailers.

HOW WILL CORK ACCESSORIES AND BAGS AGE AND BEHAVE?

The quality and suppleness of cork fabric products can be compared to that of its leather counterpart. But, it is far different, unlike leather; cork fabric is vegan approved and 100% natural. Amongst other properties are; water repellent, stain resistant and scratch proof.

There are many advantages of cork products over leather but a noticeable one is that it is very low maintenance. To keep your Curve goods in as new condition, all you need to do is clean them with water and soap. Curve’s cork products will age nicely, lasting you for years to come, with added character and uniqueness.

CAN I GET MY CORK MERCHANDISE WET?

Of course you can. Suberin is a waterproofing waxy substance found in cork making cork products practically impermeable to liquids and gases.

WHAT IS THE DURABILITY OF CORK PRODUCTS?

The ease of manipulation, durability and the luxurious feel of cork merchandise can only be compared to that of high-grade leather goods. There is no real lifespan for cork. It can last as long as how well it’s treated; aging with style and integrity as each year passes. Unlike leather, cork fabric is natural and vegan, water repellent, stain resistant and scratch proof.

Cork merchandise are very low-maintenance; you can service/ maintain the product yourself.  Just gently clean them regularly with water and soap

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY PRODUCTS?

Cork is a water resistant product that has stain repellent properties.  As with each harvesting process, the cork ages with maturity; this durability can be maintained further by regular cleaning. For the perfect cleaning routine; follow this process:

  • Fill a small bowl with warm water. In extreme cases, if the product is extremely dirty, you may want to add a few drops of washing detergent (preferably ones specifically for delicate fabrics).
  • Wet the end of the cloth into the detergent and wring the excess water out. Sweep off the visible dirt in a circular motion, paying particular attention to covering the whole affected area wit the first brush.
  • Dip the cloth again and concentrate on the areas that the dirt build up is greater.
  • If necessary, dip the cloth again and continue rubbing the difficult spots but remember to be gentle on the material.

Recommendations

  1. Use a lint free/ cotton cloth.
  2. Use very little detergent.
  3. Use warm water.

We do offer a repair service for any product you’ve purchased from Curve. Get in touch with our customer service team and we’ll direct you further. Most repairs we aim to have completed within a two-week time frame, dependent on severity of damage. If the product cannot be repaired, we will send you either; a gift voucher for the amount of the merchandise or a replacement product of your choice providing it equates to the amount originally spent….
